We ship to all countries in the EU as well as the USA & Canada!
If your order is placed before 3pm (UK time) Mon – Fri then it will be dispatched that same day or if after 3pm then the next working day (Mon – Fri).
Deliveries within the UK
All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. 95% of our orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch! Delivery costs just £2.99 per order.
Deliveries to all countries within the EU and also USA & Canada
All of our international deliveries are sent via Standard delivery with no tracking code at a cost of just £8.00 per order. The shipping time is usually 5-7 working days but please allow up to 21 working days for delivery in case of delays due to customs clearance or your local mail service. The parcel goes out on the first available flight from the UK; however delivery standards within other countries vary and are out of our control.
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees charged by your customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders and 21 working days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Kaizen Living® cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
If you’re not in: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Kaizen Living® are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
